Return Policy
Products cannot be exchanged, but If a product is not received completely as desired due to damage or with a wrong item, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt by creating a return request via this email: info@fitbrand.nl.
I received a damaged or wrong item
We’d like to know what went wrong. We ask you to send an explanation and a photo of the damage first during the return request by e-mail. This allows us to evaluate the problem and provide an appropriate solution in your consultation. You will receive an email return label from us as soon as your return request is approved.
Processing of your return
We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible about your return shipment. After receipt, we process the return shipment within 1–3 working days. When refunding your purchase amount, this will be done using the same payment method as when ordering.

Ordering an item on the Fitbrand Webshop is easy and quick:
Step 1: Choose the item in the right size.
Step 2: Check the contents of your shopping cart.
Step 3: Give us your details or log in with your account.
Step 4: Choose a payment method and settle your order.
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase with the invoice.
We do not charge for the payment options.
If you can pay with iDeal, you’ll do us a pleasure. The other payment options are a bit ‘expensive’ for us to use. The following payment methods are available:
iDEAL: With iDEAL, you can pay with your bank for your online purchases safely and easily. You pay in a secure online payment environment with the security methods of your bank. iDEAL works only for customers with a bank account in the Netherlands.
CREDITCARD: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, and American Express (AmEx).
PAYPAL: Pay with your PayPal account.
