Tired of such a clunky contact form on your Web site? Then you're not the only one. With a simple wordpress plug-in it is possible to install a widget in your website. Tawk.to (still a delicious pun) makes it possible to maintain direct contact with your customers. Read messages directly on your phone via the app, or receive them on your desktop. If you don't feel like chatting at certain times, you can also set a time schedule when the plug-in should be active.

Search Engine Optimization. You read in the E-book that it's important, but how do you know exactly what your customers are searching for? The Chrome extension Keywords Everywhere goes beyond Google's search suggestions. With each search, you'll find related keywords. For example, search for "healthy eating" and find "healthy eating schedule. Just to name a few.
