Sport Natural is a Health Club in Amsterdam e.o. where people can work on their physical and mental strength. The goal of Sport Natural is to help people grow in a unique and personal way, so they feel stronger and more autonomous. They asked Fitbrand to help them create a new brand identity that reflects this vision.
Using a strategic session, Fitbrand developed Sport Natural's brand identity. From this it emerged that Sport Natural stands out for its unique combination of physical training, mental coaching and all in a place where people feel good about themselves. This formed the heart of the brand. Sport Natural's brand archetype was established as the "the wise," this emphasizes Sport Natural's expertise and knowledge.
With this knowledge, Fitbrand developed a tone of voice for Sport Natural that sets the brand apart from other gyms. All this is reflected in a visual Roadmap that elaborates the challenges into goals.
To improve the customer journey and better position the brand, rebranding was also implemented. The new brand design was captured in a brand manual, outlining all aspects of the new brand identity. This allows Sport Natural to communicate consistently with its customers and convey its message in the right way.
