In doing so, Vitaalkundig is also committed to companies and organizations striving for sustainable employability of their employees by helping them create a work environment in which employees are in control of their own work and well-being. This results in lower absenteeism and a more productive organization. In the process, we train managers on how best to encourage this.
This, of course, is where we wanted to help Vitality. So we began by transforming the name into a full-fledged brand with colors, typography and a logo. Then we fully highlighted the company through photography and brought the two together in a fully personalized website. We hope that through our contributions, Vitality can help more people achieve and maintain an autonomous, dignified and meaningful life and work.
