• What is the monthly service subscription?

  Every month again, we ensure the fastest uptime performance of your website for a very attractive rate. We also make three backups of your website per day and make sure all your plug-ins and add ons are always up to date.

• Do I get full access to my website?

  You get access to an easy-to-use CMS system that allows you to maintain and quickly modify your site yourself. We prefer not to give you access to the complete engine of the website because that's where we prefer to keep our finger on the pulse.

• What happens when my subscription expires?

  If you use our service subscription, your subscription is automatically renewed after 1 or 2 years. After that, the subscription can be cancelled monthly. If you do not wish to renew your subscription at the end of the 1 or 2 year subscription period, we will keep the content for another 3 months. During these 3 months you can still login to your website editor. If the subscription is not renewed within 3 months after it expires, your website will be permanently deleted and the content will be lost.

• Do I fully own the website after completion?

  Yes, you own your website and always will. Would you like to move the service and hosting to another company? We would regret that but it is possible. This is possible after your subscription period of 1 or 2 years.

• Is the website installment seen as a loan?

  Paying off the set up fee is not considered a loan by the bank. So you won't have to deal with aBKR registration either. Paying off the set up charges in monthly installments purely gives you a little more financial freedom.
